Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sincerely, G. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit (minus original shipping cost) or exchange for the value of any approved merchandise within 7 days from delivery of your order. After this 7 day period, the items become final sale.  

Redo Return:

We now offer return protection for all orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Redo for $1.98 with your order, your return shipping label will be covered. You can return full priced items in your order for an exchange or store credit. Redo covers all regular priced items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.

If you choose not to buy Redo, you can still return items, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy below. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Final-sale and special discounted items (20% off or more) are not eligible for returns. They are considered final sale.

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, washed or altered, with tags attached, folded appropriately and in its original packaging. Items must be in NEW condition. If these guidelines are not followed, you will not be issued a store credit or exchange.

If in the event the return is accepted and these conditions are not met (tags missing, folded improperly, etc), a restocking fee of $5.00 will apply and be charged to the account on file.

The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 5 business days from the day of delivery back to Sincerely, G for Sincerely, G to receive and process your return. The process of sending a store credit in gift card format will not begin until the returned product is marked delivered back to Sincerely, G Boutique. 

No returns will be accepted by shipping without approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

What's next?

If you purchased REDO protection, please visit the Redo return portal. 

If you did not purchase REDO protection, please visit log in to our website return portal.

You will have 5 calendar days to drop your return item(s) off at your local shipping carrier. After that, the return label will expire. You will be notified via email everyday of the 5 days reminding you to drop your package off.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same or different item, please visit our portal or contact us at shopsincerelyg@gmail.com. This portal will allow you to select a new size or color of your original item or a different item and pay the difference (if there is any). We will ship out the newly selected item once the return package is delivered back to the business location. You will receive a new email with the tracking number for your exchange when it is shipped. To have an exchange accepted, all conditions listed above must be met (7 days since delivery, perfect condition, etc.)

We cannot guarantee you will be able to exchange for the same exact product, as our inventory is always changing. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 2 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photographer lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer/phone monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

**Sincerely, G Boutique has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.**

Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves in quick shipping on business days. All orders placed by 7pm EST generally ship out the next business day but are guaranteed to ship within 2-3 business days- unless it's a pre-order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Please be sure to check your address thoroughly before placing your order, as it will be your financial responsibility to cover the re-shipment of a package needing an address correction or update.

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email directly from USPS or UPS as soon as your item has shipped.

Sincerely, G Boutique is NOT responsible for delays with USPS or UPS. Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. We do always carry up to $100 worth of insurance on any package sent.

If you have received a damaged package, please reach out to the shipping carrier's customer care department to file a claim. You can do this by googling USPS claims support or UPS claims support.

Any delays caused by the mail carriers is not our responsibility. We will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their shipping delivery date/time.

Please contact the shipping carrier used on your package directly if your items are delayed, damaged, or lost.
