*We pride ourselves in quick shipping on business days. All orders placed by 7pm EST generally ship out the next business day but are guaranteed to ship within 2-3 business days- unless it's a pre-order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Please be sure to check your address thoroughly before placing your order, as it will be your financial responsibility to cover the re-shipment of a package needing an address correction or update.
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email directly from USPS or UPS as soon as your item has shipped.
Sincerely, G Boutique is NOT responsible for delays with USPS or UPS. Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. We do always carry up to $100 worth of insurance on any package sent.
If you have received a damaged package, please reach out to the shipping carrier's customer care department to file a claim. You can do this by googling USPS claims support or UPS claims support.
Any delays caused by the mail carriers is not our responsibility. We will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their shipping delivery date/time.
Please contact the shipping carrier used on your package directly if your items are delayed, damaged, or lost.
