Q: When will my order be shipped out?

A: We do our best to bring orders to the post office within 1 business day (Mon-Fri). 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We have a speedy quick processing time. Therefore, cancellation requests must be emailed to us (shopsincerelyg@gmail.com) within 30 minutes of your purchase.  

Q: What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

A: We provide tracking numbers for ALL Sincerely, G orders. If the carrier marks the items as delivered, we are not liable for any loss or theft. In the rare event of damaged or lost package, please put in a claim with the carrier (typically USPS Claim Support). We will not be responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers. We will not refund shipping charges due to USPS delays. Please contact the mail carrier used to ship your items (typically USPS) if your items are not delivered by the expected delivery. 

Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size?

A: We would be happy to exchange your item for a new size or color. However, we hold very limited stock of our items so we cannot guarantee to exchange for the exact item. Please let us know within 7 days of your package marked as "delivered".
