Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sincerely, G. We take great pride in our quality and excellent value products. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days from delivery of your order. After this 14 day period, the items become final sale. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There will be a $7 return shipping charge for any returns or exchanges in the U.S.
To be eligible for a return/exchange: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, washed or altered, with tags, folded appropriately and in its original packaging. Items must be in NEW condition. If these guidelines are not followed, you will not be issued a store credit or exchange.
A restocking fee of $5.00 will apply and be charged to the account on file, if in the event the return is accepted and these conditions are not met (tags missing, folded improperly, etc).
The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for Sincerely, G to receive and process your return. The process of sending a store credit in gift card format will not begin until the returned product is marked delivered back to Sincerely, G Boutique.
You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange through our returns & exchanges portal.
If you would like to avoid Sincerely, G Boutique's return shipping charge or are located outside the U.S., you may send your package back on your own via insured/trackable method to the return address after it is approved via email. The item(s) will not be approved if it is 14 days past time of delivery. If it is approved, please include the email address and order number within the package for the store credit to be issued to you. No returns will be accepted by shipping without approval.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
For exchanges of the same or different item, please visit our portal or contact us at shopsincerelyg@gmail.com. This portal will allow you to select a new size or color of your original item or a different item and pay the difference (if there is any). We will ship out the newly selected item once the return package is delivered back to the business location. You will receive a new email with the tracking number for your exchange when it is shipped. To have an exchange accepted, all conditions listed above must be met (14 days since delivery, perfect condition, etc.)
We cannot guarantee you will be able to exchange for the same exact product, as our inventory is always changing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photographer lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer/phone monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping.

**Sincerely, G Boutique has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.**
Additional Information
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit in the form of a Sincerely, G Boutique e-gift card within 10 business days.
